Sustainable business practices are no longer optional, but essential for the future of your company and our planet. Together, we are building a circular world.
The residual plastics that you sort at home are used by Ecoo as raw material. With the help of our own rainwater, the plastic is first washed, separated and reduced to fist size.
We share this recycled raw material with others or use it ourselves to make new products. But we go further. We also immediately look at how the product can be recycled again to complete the circle.
Curious about how your waste gets a second life? At Ecoo, we are committed to creating a more sustainable world every day. Learn more about our recycling process, from collection to reuse, and discover how you can contribute. Together, we can make a difference towards a circular future!

Ecoo assists companies with circular challenges, from concept to implementation. Are you developing a new product or replacing an existing raw material? Together, we explore the possibilities of our materials in new applications.
Our approach revolves around collaboration and creativity: we combine knowledge, experience, and materials to realise sustainable solutions that are both economically and ecologically valuable – and we have been doing so since 1989!
From raw material to designer bench. Studio Segers designed this modular H-bench, which won the Henry van de Velde Awards. Play with different colours and turn your street scene into a real eye-catcher.
Plastic waste does not always have to be functional. Renowned artist, Koen Vanmechelen, created a 12-metre-high art installation for the Venice Biennale, together with Ecoo.
Ecopixel is an Italian product design agency that works exclusively with recycled materials. Ecoo shared its regranulate in the creation of designer vases and lampshades.
Gecko-fix
The patented Gecko system makes façade cladding a lot easier. The brackets, made from 100% recycled material, are perfectly in line with Gecko's environmentally friendly mission.
Envisions
Designer collective Envisions experiments with all the raw materials Ecoo has to offer. By exploring the possibilities of these materials, they reflect on circularity in product design.
Co-extrusion profiles
In collaboration with Bekaert, we developed a steel-reinforced co-extrusion profile as a building block for a wide range of modular configurations.
Yes, they certainly are. If you take them to the recycling centre, they will be returned to us and given a second life. 100% recycled and recyclable again at the end of their useful life.
We recycle these into new products. That's what we call circular.
I have a circular idea. Can Ecoo make it happen?
We love makers who want to get started with our recycled raw material. Depending on the feasibility, technical requirements and production scale of your concept, we will see if there is a match.
What should I take into account with recycled raw materials?
Where there's a will, there's a way. Naturally, recycled raw materials have different properties than “new” plastics, such as thermal expansion, fragility, or thickness. However, by making choices in design, raw materials, and production techniques, we can guarantee consistent quality.
Is the recycled material still visible in the end product?
That depends on your preferred raw material and production technique.
Do you want the different plastics to be visible in your final design? Then choose regrind.
Would you rather have a sleek end product? Then compound pellets are a good choice.
